M.E. Flow was excellent. They're a local company, and they gave me a complete written estimate before the work was done and a complete report after it was done. They were efficient and thorough, and they kept me informed. I was extremely pleased with them. They're an A+ company.
M.E. Flow cleared out my shower drain. They did a nice job, and I liked the fact that they could get to me fairly quickly. I'd give them an A+ rating, and I would recommend them.
I had a positive experience with M.E. Flow. I liked having someone who was nice and didn't act like it was a chore for him to be here. He let me ask questions, and they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and very trustworthy. I would definitely give them an A+ grade.
They're excellent, and they do good, quality work—A+.

M.E. Flow did a very large job for us. We were most impressed by the confidence that we felt when talking with the plumber. He explained the materials he would be using and the scope of the job and why he was choosing to do it that particular way. We had to have 150 feet of pipe replaced, and the main sewer line had to be completely replaced. They did great. We're very happy—A+.

I had a positive experience with M.E. Flow. I had a leak in my upstairs shower that was draining into my living room. Actually, they called in one young man to look at it, and he wasn't sure what to do. What he was suggesting was a little more drastic than I would have liked. Anyway, they sent in somebody else—I called them up again—who diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it very well. I was very satisfied with what they did. It was very inexpensive. I'd give them an A.

My condo community used the toilets that use almost no water; I don't like that because it clogs up the pipes. They're trying to save money on water, and that's bad if you have constipation or something. It clogs up the pipes; it even clogs up the pipes at a nearby condo. One thing that bothers me is when I take a shower—you know, when you're washing your hair—hair goes down the drain, and it's not pushed down far enough to prevent clogging. That's caused by the low use of water. I had to have people with snakes come in and go down 25 feet. They were from M.E. Flow. They do a lot of work where I live. I'd give them an A.

They’ve worked out amazingly for us in the past. They’re perfect—they’re punctual, and they always clean up after themselves. I’ve recommended M.E. Flow to others before, and I still do.

We had some plumbing and HVAC work. We used M.E. Flow. We have a service agreement with them, so it's maintenance. There were some repairs, but it was more maintenance than anything. I've been with them just one year. I have no reason not to recommend them. They also did the plumbing. We had a leaking drain that they came out and fixed for us. It's not leaking anymore.

I called them, and they came out, and between the guy and myself putting our heads together, within 15 minutes he found the problem, and in 45 minutes he was on the road going home. When they built this home, they ran a horizontal pipe above the sinks in the master bedroom, and it went through a vertical stud and then connected to a vertical pipe that goes out our roof. That's where it vents the odors from our septic field and our plumbing, out of the roof. There's a pipe that sticks up, and it's a vent so that the water can go down through the sewer or to the septic tank. What had happened was when they put the pipe through to the vertical pipe, and it comes in on a T on the other side of this vertical stud, they didn't line the hole up properly. After 25 years of house settling and everything, it broke that fitting there. It's a bit of inch-and-a-half fitting of pvc pipe. The guy was really, really good about fixing it. Now, there's no more odor anymore. That took care of everything.
