The experience was good all the way through. I like their reliability, promptness, and cleanliness. They don't have to come back a second time—they fix it the first time. They help me with anything that has to do with water. They've helped with drainage and sewer for the line that goes down into the street. I chose them over a different company because they were recommended when we moved into this house 20 years ago.
They just did the work as they promised. I chose them over a different company because there were only two companies in Houston that did the work. They sandblasted the inside of the pipes and lined it with epoxy. There were only two companies in Houston at the time that did that. I'd give them an A.
It was very efficient, very fast, and very polite; I was very satisfied with their service. They had to clean the drainage when there was something plugging it. I think it only took ten minutes max. I would give them an A—no complaints.
They fixed a drain, and I would say they get an A.
They were timely and did good work of unclogging a pipe. I would give them an A.
They showed up on time. They had someone on call to take the call on off-hours, and they finished the job in one trip. They did drain work for me. The kitchen sink was clogged up, and they cleared the line to the exterior of the house. I'd give them an A.
They did a great job. I was very pleased. They kept me informed, and I liked that. They did sewer repair. I'd give them an A+.
We used Pickett Plumbing for a drain cleanout, and everything went fine. They responded quickly, they were on time, and they got there real quick. It was an A-grade job as far as I could see.
I stay with Pickett Plumbing because they're the best. They've done some pretty extensive work for me, and they've earned an A++. I've been with them for 15 years or more, and they just keep getting better. I know they're going to do the job right, and when they get through, it's going to be wonderful and it's going to work. Mr. Pickett is a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful guy, and that's the way he runs his company—everything is roses.
Pickett Plumbing does excellent service, and they have a fast response. They cleaned roots out of the drain from the house all the way to the main sewer. We have been their customers for a long, long time. They get an A; they've always been excellent.
