They came on time, and they did the work right. They unclogged the kitchen sink. This was my first time using this company, but I would use them again. I chose them because they do maintenance on our air conditioner. I'd give them an excellent grade.
They're clean, and they put shoes on when they come in. They're very helpful and very friendly. I've been using them for five or six years. The customer service is a ten out of ten. I'd give them an A+.
I liked that they were good; they came and did the work. We just use them because I got the name from the previous homeowner. They did some work before we moved in, and it is just easy and convenient for me to call that number. We had them come out when we had a backed-up toilet and the chain on the toilet broke. Something disintegrated inside the back of the toilet, and it wasn't working. They've also done a disposal and showerhead. I'd give them an A.
I have had work done by them, and they've been very good. They are prompt with their scheduling, and they stuck to the schedule. They notified me when they would be right in the immediate area. The price was quoted before the work was actually done, and the necessary adjustments were completed. They have installed a hot water heater and done a drain cleanout. They also did some faucet work after a freeze, which was just beyond my skill abilities. I'd definitely give them an A.
The guy from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very helpful. They've done a number of things. They cleaned my line out, and that was great. I have never had to call them back after they've finished the work. I would recommend them, and I'd give them an A+—absolutely.
I had a blocked line, so Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came over. I live in an older complex, so I guess it just created a big clog; they said it becomes kind of pastelike down there. I would definitely use them again. They're really nice, professional people, and I would definitely rate them as an A.
They're punctual and nice, and I'm satisfied with them. They've been out several times. They come and do an annual inspection, and they have come to unclog the line in the sink for me. I'd give them an A grade.
Benjamin Franklin was excellent, and they took their time to care about things when they did plumbing for us. We expected them to clear the pipes, but they explained the reason it was clogged and took the time to make sure we understood the situation. If we had any problems, they suggested future solutions. I have been using their services for just a year, probably, and I would recommend them to a friend if I could. There is not anything that they could have done better, in my opinion. I'd give them an A.
They gave us good advice about something that needed to be done to the sewer system in our neighborhood. I liked the representative. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and the service was done in the shortest time that it needed. I'd use them again, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is an A+ company.
I had a shower that wasn't draining properly, and that was the main problem. They cleaned the drain and got it to work. They did what they were supposed to do, and they left. Since then, it has been doing fine. I'd give them an A+.
