I liked the workers. They were very dedicated and hardworking. Sunburst Construction did a deck for me. They tore out an old one and put in a new one. It took about a week. They took it down and put it up within three days in 90 or 100 degree weather. I decided to use them because of a referral. I would say they were excellent.
I liked the fact that I got something that I asked for. Sunburst Construction was doing a new deck. I was traveling during the time they installed it, but from what I heard, it took them about three days. I called another company, but they never returned my call, so Sunburst was the company I went with. The gentleman I talked to was very professional. His name was Chad. He delivered what I asked for. I'd give them an excellent grade.
Sunburst Construction was very good. I had no issues. The sales guy was very responsive and very communicative. He gave me a lot of information. The brochures were very comprehensive, and he followed through on everything he said he was going to do. The workers came and delivered the materials. The workers showed up, and they were always prompt and very nice. They seem to have done quality work. This was a new deck. They were tearing down the old one and then putting up a new one. I would give the company an A grade.
Sunburst Construction was fine. I was satisfied with the quality of the work. It was pretty easy to make an appointment, and they completed the work pretty quickly. All that was on schedule. They did a new deck for me. I decided to use them because they seemed like they had a good enough history. I chose them for their quality. I'll give them an A.
I really liked their upfront process where their account or sales manager came over and talked with us about what we were looking for. We basically wanted to expand our deck and put a porch in the backyard, so that was the start. The end result was different. He talked with us about what we wanted to do and our lifestyle, and then he came back with some options for the deck and the porch as well as the patio around it. We also thought that since we were going to get that work done, we might as well redo the front walkway. We had him come up with a design for that as well as a retaining wall up in the front. We also had another construction to the back. We really liked the upfront process where they really listened to what we wanted and came up with a design that we were comfortable with. I would give them an A.
I just liked their feel and communication. I liked the quality of workmanship, too. They built a deck and a covered porch for me. I'd rate them as an A.
Sunburst Construction did the deck. I was working with Chad. He was really knowledgeable, and he took his time, especially when he came out to do the estimate. He was just a really friendly guy. He walked me through all the steps of what was going to be done, and everything was done on time. I didn't have any complaints. When the workers were there, they worked very quickly to get everything done. The finished product was great. I haven't had any problems with it. They pulled down an existing deck and put in a new hybrid deck. They put in stairs going down to the lower level as well. They're a grade-A company.
Sunburst Construction had good customer service, and the job was well done. They built an 18 foot by 16 foot deck for my town house. I found them through my neighbor. They get an A grade.
Their project was on time, and they stuck to their estimate. They did a good, quality job. They built two decks for my two homes. I found the company in the neighborhood—they'd done a couple of decks. I got two or three vendors to give me quotes, and they were one of them. I'd give them an A.
Sunburst was fantastic. They did a wonderful job on my deck, and we had a porch built as well. Their representative gave me design ideas, and he was so attentive and helpful—he was just a wealth of information. The people who constructed the deck cared about doing a good job, and they did excellent. I keep getting compliments on the carpentry and how fine it is. I had such a good experience with them. They earned an A.
