They paid a lot of attention to detail in completing the work. They were very reliable—when they said they were going to be here, they were here. They demonstrated a willingness to work with another contractor that I had working on-site that was very difficult to work with, so in spite of the fact that it was a tenuous situation, they were able to get the job done. They were very polite and courteous. What I really liked is that they kept me informed of everything about the project as it unfolded. I liked their reliability, the quality of their work, and their ability to constantly communicate. I had them put in a pretty complicated deck because it had a rain diversion system in it and a ceiling underneath, so it was a pretty complicated project. It turned out really fabulously, and whenever I thought that something wasn't going right, they made it right, right away. They came in, and they weren't just looking to get the job done; they really wanted to get it done right. They're an A+. I can't say anything negative about them. They were great. I'm considering using them again for another project to build an outdoor bar.
Their attention to detail was something that was really good. I had several people come over and give me a quote. Amusingly enough, our original deck stairs hadn't been fully done—it was just on blocks, and Cedarbrook was the only company that even noticed that. So, they paid very good attention to detail and they weren't trying to sell me more than I needed. That was something else that was nice. It looks great today. We love our deck. I'd absolutely recommend them, and I have already. I'd give them an A+. They really cleaned up afterward. The two guys they had come over were very professional and knowledgeable. They even did extra cleanup in areas where the old siding was, because part of the exposed old siding was all dirty and nasty. They went above and beyond.
They did a deck on my front porch. It was excellent. They had a problem—my city is very picky, so they had to go get a special permit. They went and got the permit. They build all over, and they said they never had a problem, but they had to stop the work, go get a permit, and do all the stuff for the city. They worked around them, and they got it done very quickly. There was a lot of inclement weather, and they worked around it. They got it done in a very, very good fashion, and they did excellent work. The people that I dealt with were very, very professional, and the ones that came to my home and then the main office were very, very good. I have nothing but positive things to say. Plus, they put a little fence in for me for my backyard. They put in a fence and a deck, and it was all very, very positive. I would give the company an A+. I would recommend them to anybody.
It was fine. Everything made it positive—everything. They were helpful, they were on time, and they were professional. I had no complaints at all. They did a deck. It was just around one part of the house. I think they took about a week. I'd say the cleanup was excellent. They didn't leave any trash or anything around. They did a very professional job. It looks fine today. They get an A from me.
Everybody from start to finish was good, including the design aspect, and the laborers were super easy to work with, so everything made the experience positive. There wasn't a bad thing at all. They did a deck and stairs. It was on the back of the house over a patio next to a swimming pool. I think it took about two weeks. Their cleanup was very good. I would give them A's all the way across the board, and I would totally recommend them and have them do another job for me.
I had a positive experience. It was excellent. I have no complaints with the work.
The work was excellent, and I have no complaints. It was deck work.
I had a very positive experience. It was excellent work, and I don't have any complaints. They get an A for everything.
They did a deck and a patio. They were very punctual and professional, and the work quality was excellent. We had something that we needed some modification on, and they came right out and did it. I don't have any complaints with them. As a matter of fact, we're going to use them again for another job. I would give them an A.
I just found them very responsive. The owners came by checking on the work all the time, and any issues I had, they addressed those fairly quickly. The quality of the workmanship was really good, too. They built a deck for us, and from the initial meetup where the owner came in and assessed our house, the owner walked us through any issues that might have been apparent in terms of county guidelines. He took care of that. He was very knowledgeable and fairly confident in terms of the boundary lines. There were a couple of concerns in terms of boundary lines, and he kind of alleviated those concerns initially when we met up with him. He was right to the point; he didn't really oversell himself; and he was very confident in his work, his workmanship, the quality of the materials, and all that stuff. That's why we picked them. He also routinely followed up and addressed any issues we had. Overall, the quality of their service was really good—A+.
