They performed the work they promised for the price they promised, and any imperfections that arrived after, they came out and took care of them as soon as possible, free of charge. They did new concrete laying and a concrete colored overlay on the back patio. Their customer service was great. They'd get an A from me.
They did a nice job and did what they said they'd do. The hardest thing to find today is very simple—do what you say you'll do when you say you'll do it. You just can't find that. They stained the concrete on some duplexes I was building. I chose them over a different company because I liked that they were easy to contact, and they were very informative about what to do and how to do it. They also informed me of what they could and couldn't do. They didn't promise what they couldn't do. A lot of people promise a look, and then they have an excuse of why it doesn't turn out. The bottom line is they just didn't make any promises because they don't know what's chemically in that cement, so they don't know how the color is going to react. They told me that, and that was fine as long as I knew that. Don't be promising the moon and then throw me a golf ball. I'd rate them A+. I didn't have any complaints with them. I wish my floor would have turned out a little different—a little better—but I honestly can't say that they had anything to do with that. They warned me that they didn't know how the cement was going to react to the color.
They definitely fit me in within the time frame I needed, and they did a pretty good job. There were a couple of things I wanted touched up, which they did within a week, so I was very pleased. I had my existing patio deck redone with this overlay stuff with color on it; it went on top of the pebbled stone. I chose them over a different company because I found them in the 2015 Best Pick Reports, and they were the only company in there that actually did this kind of stuff. I'd rate them A+.
They were very willing to answer any questions. They were very professional and on time. I didn't have a problem with them at all. They added concrete to a room. I chose them over a different company because they were one of the few companies that would take on a job that was as small as mine was, and they seemed earnest. Amir, the gentleman that I dealt with and the owner of the company, seemed very reliable and up front with everything that he wanted to do. I'd definitely give them an A.
They were on time and delivered what they said. We had our patio stained. It was a very small job. I chose them over a different company because of their promptness. They stood behind what they said they were going to do, and they were real firm. I'd grade them an A.
They gave me what they said they would. They did a concrete floor in my living room and dining room area. We'd had some remodeling done recently, and something needed to be patched. It wasn't anything they had done—it was because of the remodeling—but they came out and took care of that. They've just always been there whenever I have asked something of them, but of course, I haven't had to ask too much because they did a great job the first time. They've earned an A.
They've poured my kitchen countertops for me, and they've done a real nice job. I've had them come out a couple of times to do some maintenance on them, and they've been very responsive in taking care of me. They've done a nice job with the work. They worked with me on what I wanted, and they delivered. They did a very nice job. They're an A company.
Everything was fine.
They did their job in a timely manner, showed up when they said they were going to show up, and it looks great. They redid our floors. This was my first time using this company. Their customer service was very good. I'd give them an A.
They did the job they said they were going to do. They did patio sealant for me. Their customer service was very good. I'd grade them an A.
