"Closet Factory closet systems are not the typical closet organizers. They are designed for each customer's space, wardrobe, needs, and budget. We listen carefully when our customers tell us what they want, and only then do we create a design. We continue to set new standards in client care and closet design and craftsmanship."

It was a couple of years ago. That was excellent. I remember the guy clearly. He was very good, and the service was very good. I would give them an A. He did the evaluation, and the other folks came in and did it.
Closet Factory was very good. We had several closets fitted out, and they did a great job. I had used them in another state in a previous home that we had. I was pleased with the overall company, so I thought I would try them here. I'd grade them as an A. The customer service was excellent. I wasn't here when it was installed, but the person that I worked with was excellent. It was all very good.
I would just say that the overall experience was timely, from design to installation, and I liked the flexibility with the different pieces that they offered for the space that we put the closet in. They did closet work for me, and they earned an A.
I interviewed another custom closet place, and I found that the woman that I worked with from Closet Factory was much more attentive. I was able to work with her more on what I wanted. She was very quick with the design and things like that. It came out exactly like we wanted. They did closets, and I'd give them an A.
I would give Closet Factory an A rating. It was closet work.
The designer that we worked with was very professional and followed up on all the work. We were pleased with the finished result as well. They did our closet and the garages. Those are the main areas. I would probably grade them close to an A.
It was a long time ago, but it was great. I really like the person who came in, did all the measuring, and talked about my design options—she was great. She had a really good eye for design, color, and that type of thing. She made some really good suggestions in order to maximize my space. I did have a little issue with one of the drawers after everything got installed, but they came right out and repaired the drawer. I was turning an entire second bedroom into a closet, so it was all four walls. There was a slight issue, but they fixed it. I would give them an A.
I thought Closet Factory was very efficient and very good. My sales associate was quite good and efficient and had great follow-through. They did several closets. I'd give them an A.
We really liked Shelly, who came and showed us all the options. She was very professional. Everything came out great. It was top-of-the-line, and we haven't had any issues with it. We've been very happy with it. They did the whole inside of a closet. I'd rate them as an A.
They were just very diligent and careful in my home, and they did good work. They redid three different closets. They did my master bedroom, a very large coat closet, and then a utility closet. I'd give them an A grade.
