They were working next door, and I needed a cap for my chimney, so I asked them if they would do it, and they did—they came right over and did it. I don't think they took 20 minutes before they were done. They were absolutely excellent.
They did what they said they were going to do. They put a new liner in our chimney, and it worked out fine. Their work was excellent.
They were knowledgeable. The worker was on time, and he knew what he was talking about; I didn't have to do his job for him. He came in with suggestions, and he didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. They relined our chimney, did the chimney cap, and remortared the joints inside the firebox. The first one or two companies I called either didn't service my area or were too busy, but Winston's could come out. I'd rate them as an A+.
They did the job—they cleaned my chimney. I had no issues with the work they did. They were A+.
They were very professional and really good, and they knew what they were doing. They did chimney sweep work and checked the overall status of the liner for me. I have had no issues with any of the work that they've done. I chose them because we had used them ten years ago, and I remembered their name. I would recommend them to others; I'd grade them as an A+.
They were quick, they cleaned up their mess, they put everything back in order, and they were very polite. They cleaned our chimney. This was my first time using them, but I'd use them again. They've earned an A+.
Winston's Chimney Service was great. They were fine—they were great. I didn't have a problem with them at all. I'd give them an A rating.
They capped off the chimney at my request. The work was good, and it looks good. They were prompt, and they did a good job. I'd give them an A.
I liked the speed of their service. They came and looked at my flue, and it was falling apart. They told me that that was really dangerous because we could get carbon monoxide backup, and they came the next day and replaced the flue. That was really helpful to me because we didn't have to wait for weeks. It was nice, and it worked well. They came back the next day to put it in, and it was done. They were grade-A.
They came out and did a good job; I can't complain. They had a difficult job to do—they had to get a wood-burning stove in and out. One thing I liked was that they didn't just try to do it the simplest way, which would have caused damage when they brought it into the house. They tried to work with me and let me know what they could and could not do, and they took extra time so we could take precautions and other measures. They got the right number of crew members there so as to minimize any damage to the house that they might have caused by bringing a 600-pound cast-iron tank down a flight of stairs. I'd give them an A rating.
