I love Affordable Tuckpointing Pros. I had an extremely positive experience with them. They were on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. It looks great. They took down the top part of my chimney, salvaged the vintage brick, lined my flues, reconstructed the chimney, and remade the caps from a concrete mold. I had three companies out to bid, and Affordable Tuckpointing Pros seemed like they were the most experienced—A+.
Affordable Tuckpointing Pros was fantastic. Everything was very professionally handled, and the final product was great—there's nothing negative to say. They tuck-pointed a bunch of areas on a chimney, and I would give them an A+.
They are a very good company. The owner's very personable, knowledgeable, and experienced, and they do the job right. They tuck-pointed my chimney, and I'd definitely give them an A+.
They did an excellent job for us.
I've used them a number of times in a couple of different buildings. Their workmanship is good, they do what they say they're going to do, and they clean up. I was really pleased with their part of the service. They reduced the height of a chimney in my garage and capped it for me. I'd give them an A. They were excellent.
They did a good job, and they were very knowledgeable. The person who came out was very knowledgeable, they did the work quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. No extras—it was just as contracted. They tuck-pointed an area in my house that needed it, but they also tuck-pointed a couple of chimneys in the house. Their foreman impressed me with his knowledge of what he was going to do and how he explained it. I would give them an A.
They structured things, they were punctual and had good timing, and they got the work done in the time frame that they expected. There was an issue that came up when I inspected the job, and they came right back and fixed it appropriately. I had good responsiveness from the office. I think they clean things up pretty good. All in all, I was very pleased with the job. It wasn't just a tuck-pointing job—they actually had to take a part of the chimney and rebuild it. I'd give them an A.
They were a really good company. I like everything about them. They did the chimney, and I would give them an A.
I had a positive experience for sure. They tuck-pointed and sealed the chimneys. They were great—very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. I would rate them as an A.
They worked on our fireplace and did a good job with everything we needed them to do. I would describe their customer service as very good. I'd give them an A.
