They did a very good job—no problem. They came in and did their job, and it was a very good job. They shampooed the carpets for pet stains. Their customer service was all good. Brightway deserves an A+.

They were awesome. They're very friendly, and they were great workers. They explained what was going on with my carpet and ceiling leaking, and all around, the guy that worked on my house was just awesome. I had a water heater explode up in my attic; luckily, it only damaged half the carpet. Brightway ripped the pad out and left a fan because they couldn't do it right away. That was nice—I didn't have to worry about getting my ceiling fixed. Then, when I was ready, he just told me to call. He came back and put new padding down, put the carpet down, and cleaned his work. I'd give them an A.

My rugs were very expensive when I bought them, and Brightway took very good care of them and didn't use any solutions on them. These were throw rugs, so they took them away to clean them. They just got all the stains out with water, and when they came out, they were efficient with moving my furniture. They really took care of my home like it was their own.
