I had a great experience, very much so. He explained everything really well, he was on time, and he was very conscientious about being inside my house—meaning he took off his shoes and kept everything nice and clean. He worked quickly, and he was not intrusive. They did multiple rugs in multiple rooms. The customer service was excellent. I chose them because they're close to where I live. They get an A.
They were very personable. They cleaned my carpet. It was an apartment after we had moved out, so it was vacant. They were quick to respond.
