They did excellent work. The technician was so good. He listened to me and came up with a design that made far more sense than my design. I am most happy with it—most pleased. They're nice people to have in your house. They were very careful and polite, and they stayed with the job from beginning to end. I thought it was fabulous—the best. To me, they were an A+.
We have used them three times in the last ten years. They're very careful and thorough, and they suggest a good-quality product. They did the work very nicely. We were very happy with the first job. The technician is a very reliable guy; when you call him, he takes care of the problems. I give them an A.
They did the kitchen and bathrooms. They did everything on time, and the quality of their work was excellent, which made it a positive experience. I would give them an A.
The people that they have working with them are very confident. We put a design together, and they executed the design. We got what we wanted on time, at the amount of money they told us they were going to charge us. The service after the fact was terrific. We've used them for over ten years. They've done kitchens, bathrooms, and contracting to fix stuff that's wrong. They made the bones with us when we bought a new house—new for us, it's a 40-year-old home—and we upgraded it. They managed the upgrade and executed it perfectly. I would give them an A for the overall experience without hesitation.
I'm an interior designer, so they do contracting work for my clients. I would give the overall experience an A+.
I enjoyed the collaboration, the preparedness, the quality of the staff, and the workers. It was very good. There was a renovation in the house. They finished a basement with some adjustments. They did a new kitchen. They remodeled the first floor in the house, a little office corner, the bathroom upstairs, and we demolished the garage that we had and built a studio—a writer's studio and an art studio. I would give them an A for the overall experience.
I liked their customer service, how the guys took care of the clients, making sure that everything was done at the end of the evening and everything was cleaned up so the house looked kind of presentable. I also enjoyed them staying in touch with the client if there was an issue standing out. For the 25 years that I've done business with Foxcraft, we always laugh. Every time I ask them to do one of my personal projects, they're always booked. But that's OK, because again, I'm at the bottom of the totem pole. My clients are at the top of the totem pole. I'd rather them take care of my clients than take care of me. I would give them an A overall.
Chandler was so good. He listens to you, and then he says, 'Have you ever considered this? Have you ever considered that? This is the way it would affect it.' For instance, I had needed more counter space in my kitchen, and I thought about doing one thing; he said, 'I can move this wall over here and do this,' and it made far more sense than my design when he finished with it. I am most happy with it—most pleased. They're nice people to have in your house, also. They did the kitchen, which affected the dining room too. A close tennis partner of mine had just purchased a house that needed some work done, and she said, 'Let me recommend Chandler to you, because he has helped us so much.' That's how we met. Chandler showed me two other houses where he had worked, and I met the people there, so he really authenticated his ability to do good work. It was interesting and pleasing work as well—satisfactory. I thought it was fabulous, the best. After his work was finished, other people saw it, and they were so excited and wanted him to do the same work for them. As far as I'm concerned, they did excellent work. The people were almost like I'd known them for a long time. They were very careful and very polite. They didn't work a little while and have to go to another job—no, they stayed with it from beginning to end. To me, they were an A+. Even today, if I have a problem in my house, they send someone out. At least, that's been my experience. That's why I'm so fond of Chandler, his crew, and Tonya. They care about their customers; not just now, but in the future as well.
We liked the design person. He had a lot of good ideas and was very helpful. We had good interactions with the foreman, the guy in charge of the construction—there was good interaction. They suggested some things which were good things, and all around it was a good experience. We had good interaction, and anything that they suggested, they told us why they were suggesting it and why it was a good idea to do it. There were other things that they suggested would be good quality. They did our kitchen. Any complaints we had, they addressed.
They did everything on time, and the quality of their work was excellent—that was what made it a positive experience. They did the kitchen and bathrooms. We used them before. I would give them an A.
