Chandler was so good. He listens to you, and then he says, 'Have you ever considered this? Have you ever considered that? This is the way it would affect it.' For instance, I had needed more counter space in my kitchen, and I thought about doing one thing; he said, 'I can move this wall over here and do this,' and it made far more sense than my design when he finished with it. I am most happy with it—most pleased. They're nice people to have in your house, also. They did the kitchen, which affected the dining room too. A close tennis partner of mine had just purchased a house that needed some work done, and she said, 'Let me recommend Chandler to you, because he has helped us so much.' That's how we met. Chandler showed me two other houses where he had worked, and I met the people there, so he really authenticated his ability to do good work. It was interesting and pleasing work as well—satisfactory. I thought it was fabulous, the best. After his work was finished, other people saw it, and they were so excited and wanted him to do the same work for them. As far as I'm concerned, they did excellent work. The people were almost like I'd known them for a long time. They were very careful and very polite. They didn't work a little while and have to go to another job—no, they stayed with it from beginning to end. To me, they were an A+. Even today, if I have a problem in my house, they send someone out. At least, that's been my experience. That's why I'm so fond of Chandler, his crew, and Tonya. They care about their customers; not just now, but in the future as well.
We liked the design person. He had a lot of good ideas and was very helpful. We had good interactions with the foreman, the guy in charge of the construction—there was good interaction. They suggested some things which were good things, and all around it was a good experience. We had good interaction, and anything that they suggested, they told us why they were suggesting it and why it was a good idea to do it. There were other things that they suggested would be good quality. They did our kitchen. Any complaints we had, they addressed.
They did everything on time, and the quality of their work was excellent—that was what made it a positive experience. They did the kitchen and bathrooms. We used them before. I would give them an A.
They did what they were supposed to do. They did the kitchen and bathroom—it was a complete remodeling job. I used them before. I would give them an A.
They do a lot of planning with you, which is really helpful. They're really meticulous about keeping the workspace clean, so if you have to sort of live with the space while they're working, they're really very good about it. They keep you very informed throughout the process, and the work was very good quality. They've done a bunch of things. The biggest thing they did was redo a bathroom, and I think they also did a deck on the back of my mother's house.
They were good people, and they did good work. They helped with our refrigerator and kitchen doors and stuff like that. I would give them an A-.
Foxcraft was very, very professional. At the end of each day, they completely swept and dusted areas like the kitchen, and they were nice. It was a very, very pleasant experience. The project supervisor meshed perfectly with me, and he chose a perfect selection. I'd give them an A+.
Foxcraft Design Group is good. The kitchen cabinets had been installed 20-something years ago, and they were too low for the refrigerator we wanted. They remanufactured a cabinet and put doors on it. You can't even tell they did it; it blends perfectly with the old cabinets. They did a beautiful job.
We're great fans of Foxcraft. They came highly recommended, and it was clear why. They did some built-in cabinetry, and we are pleased with their work—no complaints.
They did kitchen and bathroom work. They're definitely an A.
