- Company History: Brownlow & Sons has been family owned since it was founded by Roy Brownlow in 1945. Roy handed the company over to his sons, who later passed it down to the third generation of Brownlows, Mark and Chuck. Mark, the company’s vice president, handles the small to midsize projects, while Chuck, the company’s president, handles the larger projects.
