The experience was good. We're going to call them back—we still have to finish one more room and the basement. We live in a duplex, and our neighbors have a water pump. I think the pump failed because they don't check it, and they had water on the outside, and it came to our side. Because of the good materials, everything is gone, and we were able to take the water out. We didn't have to buy a new carpet or change the wall or anything. If not because of them, it would have been a very big problem for us. We were very thrilled because of that. I'd give them an A+ grade. They did a good job.
They did work for my son-in-law; we lived in the same house, but Owens Corning did work downstairs. They moved in downstairs in the basement, and they did the work. I'm new here—I just bought the condo. They're not here now, but it looks good, and I guess they did a terrific job.
It was exactly what they said it was going to be. It's an indestructible kind of material. I wanted a playroom for the kids in the basement, and that's really what it is—they can play ball down there. It just doesn't get muffed up or marred up in any way. It looks nice, though. They got it done when they said they would. I had an unfinished basement, and they finished a room in it. It's like a little family room and playroom down there. I looked up Owens Corning, and they did the work and put it in. I would recommend them—I absolutely would. I'd give them an A+ rating.
They were hard workers, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a very nice job installing. They had to start off by taking down a stucco ceiling in the basement, so it was not an easy job. It looks great, and we're very satisfied with it. It was a complete basement remodel, mostly with the insulated Owens Corning walls in a family room and a laundry room. There were walls put up between those and doors put up between those other spaces, so the whole thing looks like it's really a nicely laid out basement. I'd give them an A.
The work done was very professional. There was some delay in finishing it, but nothing major. Overall, the work was done pretty neatly and cleanly and looks very professional. They did a full basement replacement entertainment area, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. I chose them because I heard of them from one of my husband's friends in the office, and I got a strong recommendation from that friend. I'd give them an A.
It was quick, and it was done the right way. I asked for a couple of changes during construction, and they were able to help me with that. They did a full basement remodeling for me. I'd grade their company an A.
Everything was quick and easy and went as planned. They added onto an existing, ongoing basement. We had half the basement done, and we just had the other half done. I chose them because we already had the basement done the way we wanted them to do it. I would give them an A.
They gutted our basement and did the whole thing over. I liked everything about them. They're a great company. I'd give Owens Corning an A grade.
They were very prompt, very neat, and very clean. They had great workmanship. I chose them over a different company because I researched possibilities to have our basement finished, and I liked the concept of what they offered. I'd give them an A.
I've had them before, and it's very good. They finished the basement—they did half of the basement. I'd rate their business an A.
