He was very professional, well spoken, polite, and did an excellent job with checking the furnace. The second complement is for (Charles) Chad R. He did the return call. He too was very professional, well spoken, polite, and did an excellent job with checking out why the A/C was not cooling and it gets very hot at night. I thought I checked the vents for summer but when Charles checked the vents were closed upstairs and opened in basement. He also scheduled to have a home performance test. The third complement is for Jonathan F. who performed the Home Comfort Test. He did a great job with explaining everything to my Mom, professional, well spoken, polite, and did an excellent job with checking out the whole house and put together an excellent report of what was wrong and what needed to be done. Please thank all 3 men for their time and help with an A+.”
“Most recently, they repaired my A/C unit. They've just done repairs for me. The service is excellent, they're on time, they're very thorough, and they make sure that they get it done. I don't have any complaints about them. I had an issue with one of the boards going up in my unit, and they came out and replaced it. It took them a minute to figure out, but they fixed it and got it going again. It was the dead of winter—really cold. They earned an A.”
