They got the job done properly, and that was the best thing. Everything was fine.
They did a good job. I've been with them for over 20 years. I'm happy with them. They're very professional, they do their job, and I never had problems. They come and do service checks. We have a contract with them. We have not had to call them back. I have a little problem, I called them, and they were supposed to get back to me about the issue, but they never called me. As far as work, it's excellent, an A.
This was a very long time ago?. They serviced the heater, and I was perfectly happy. I've used ServiceMark for a very long time, and we are perfectly happy with them. There are so many people out there—if I weren't happy, I wouldn't use them. I would grade them an A.
It was great. They did a good service for me, and I thought everything was fine. I have all of that with them, heating and air conditioning maintenance. One of my best friends knows one of the salesmen—that's how I found out about them. I would grade them an A.
Their customer service has always been great quality. I can't complain, because when they leave, everything still works. I've been with them for many years, so I'm pretty pleased. Our water heater is through them. My parents were customers of ServiceMark for several years. They do my heating and air conditioning, too. I would grade them as an A. The only thing is that maybe last year or the year before one of the service men came out, he gave us the air filters for about six months, he said it was part of the deal, and the last few guys said that's not true. I didn't know if that was. It was wonderful that he had them. It's pretty great because our air filter is pretty hard to find.
It's been a while since they were here. They did maintenance the last time they were here. We would recommend them. We've used them for a long time. I would grade them an A+.
They did maintenance. I chose them because I've used them before. I would give them an A+. They're very good.
They perform the service that we ask for in a timely fashion, they do heating and cooling. The builder used the company that turned into ServiceMark, so we inherited them. I would grade them an A.
They were very good.
They are usually very efficient, and the guys who show up are always very courteous. They communicate what's wrong or if I have a problem. They are very cooperative and get the job done. They don't take too long—all of those things are good things. It's been maintenance, but if it breaks down, they also come out and repair. I would grade them an A.
