I'd rate Donnelly's as an A. My heater still works, so I guess I'm all right. Everything was good. We had a problem, and we had no heat. I chose them because I'd used them before; this was my third time. They fixed it, and everything went fine.
Everything went very, very well. Donnelly's Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling came as soon as possible, found out what was wrong with my air conditioning, and then took care of it. It had something to do with the motor. Everything was fine—I'd grade the work as an A.
It went really well. Donnelly's is prompt in showing up, and they're very professional. They do the work right the first time, every time. I don't have any complaints about them. We've used them quite a bit—we're loyal to them. Last time, we were having a new gas stove put in, so they ran the gas line for us. We think they're an A+ company.
The first time we called them, our heater went in the middle of the winter. They showed up and fixed it in less than an hour. It was good. I'd give them an A+.
Donnelly's put my HVAC system in. They do my air conditioning, and they've fixed my heating system. They're pretty prompt, and I like their service. I've been using them for the last three or five years. They deserve an A+ grade.
Donnelly's was quick, and the guy really knew what he was doing. It was a brand-new house, so the A/C wasn't working at all. He diagnosed it, and in ten minutes, he got everything fixed and left. We chose them because they were who our builders recommended. They do A+ work.
I had a no-heat situation. I called Donnelly's toward the end of the day, and they had somebody there that evening. The problem reoccurred the following day because we had a snowstorm, but the guy who had come out and worked on the problem the night before spent about a half hour to 45 minutes on the phone with me. He walked me through solving the problem because there was no way he was going to be able to get here—we'd had about 10 inches of snow, and he was about 45 minutes away. The first thing I liked was him coming out and addressing the problem, and then when it didn't work entirely right, he spent time with me on the phone the next day so I could fix it. I chose them because when I looked for emergency service from HVAC companies in my area, the other place I called didn't get back to me. When you call Donnelly's off hours, you get an answering service, and they try to reach the technician. I explained the problem to the answering service and got a call from the technician within 15 to 20 minutes. He told me he'd be right down to take care of the problem. The quick turnaround—from the phone call, the quick service, and everything—makes them an A+ company.
It doesn't take long to get them to come out—that's one of the really good things about them. I've been using them for two years for air conditioning maintenance, and I would give them an A+ rating.
Donnelly's was good. We had them do service for the heating system, and it was OK. There were no problems, and it's working well.
They serviced my heater when it stopped working. They were good. What made them a good company to work with was that they came right out when I called them—only an hour and a half after I reached out. The issue was the igniting coil; the burners needed to be replaced. They did a grade-A repair.
