They were fast and professional. They were just awesome, and they did a good job. I liked them. They came out to assess the situation and see if they could repair it. It turned out they couldn't, so they installed a new system.
They were very efficient. The job was just the spring service. We had had a problem in the past, and Service Specialties took care of it, so we ended up getting a contract with them to do the service in the spring and the fall. I would give them an A+.
I liked that the guy got it done quickly, and I liked that he was honest with what we needed done. They fixed our air conditioning. When we bought the house, the previous owner had a warranty with them on the hot water heater system, so they service that for me. When they were here, we talked about the air conditioning. When I had issues, I contacted them since I was already familiar with them. I would say that they are an A.
I liked the professionalism of the estimator and the installation crew. I had a furnace and air conditioner installed. Five months later, I had them put in a hot water heater. I knew that I wanted to replace the furnace, too. I called a different company that I had been using for maintenance, but I was not happy, so I found Service Specialties.
They have prompt delivery, and they did a good job. The results were as good as expected. They replaced the control furnace unit as well as the external condenser and compressor. They basically revamped the heating and air conditioning.
Service Specialties showed up when they were supposed to, and they worked the entire time. They replaced one of my air conditioning units inside and out and did one of the furnaces. I would give the company an A.
They replaced our air conditioner, and they did everything right. We got a recommendation for them from a real estate agent. They're an A.
The guy who put it in explained things to me very well. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing, and he took the time to explain it to me. He installed a whole upstairs HVAC system—the furnace, the coil, and the outdoor air conditioning unit.
They did diagnostics on a problem with the HVAC system, and they were very honest and helpful. I needed them to come over pretty quickly, and they did. I asked them to put me on a waiting list when their schedule was full, and they did that, too. They called me 90 minutes ahead, which was what I needed to get home in time to meet them. A lot of people in my neighborhood use Service Specialties. I have no complaints—it was an A-grade job.
I liked their professionalism and the honesty about the stuff they were telling us—they didn't just tell us stuff we wanted to hear. They had to replace our unit. I have been dealing with them for a long time. I would give them an A.
