It was positive because they were on time, and the tech stopped to explain every question I asked. His attitude wasn't, 'let me get in and out of here real quick.' He explained to me why this was that way, or why he had to do it this way, and he even made some suggestions. They have good customer service—that's one of the reasons we stayed with them. They came in and looked at everything, just a regular A/C check. They also did our heating, caught some problems that we would've had down the road, and repaired them for us that day. The renters in the house before us had Parrish, and they were highly recommended. I would give them an A.
I have a contract with them, so they come twice a year. He came four days ago, and the downstairs is working fine, but the upstairs still needs some Freon or something. Other than that, things are working fine. Downstairs it's super—as a matter of fact, I had to close some of those vents to push some of that air to the second floor. The service and the attitude are very nice. Right now, I'd give them an A.
They were excellent. I like the fact they have a service contract, and they give priority service even in bad weather. They maintain the system, they're customer service oriented, and they're employee owned.
