The technician checked out my A/C to find out why it was not cooling efficiently. He found a relatively minor problem, which he then was able to repair on that visit. He was knowledgeable about possibilities and was able to find the problem and fix it.
I bought three air conditioning/heater units from them, and they installed them. When I had a question about one of them, a serviceman came out and checked it out. The people at the end of the telephone were uniformly helpful and proactive. They found the earliest date for the installation, which coincided with me being away. I had a house sitter, and they managed everything keeping me in the loop via email. They followed up with the billing. It worked very well, and I came home to new units.
They serviced my A/C unit and determined it was running smoothly but did need some more coolant. He did take the time to explain about replacing it with another unit and has taken it into consideration. It is always positive since they take the time to explain changes, good or bad, and the best is their reminders to have my unit serviced, not to mention trying to accommodate my schedule with their techs.
They did service and maintenance of the A/C. The employees were very pleasant, and the company was prompt and followed up on things.
My air conditioning went out during a very hot stretch last July. They came, found the problem, and corrected it immediately. They were prompt, knew what they were doing, and corrected the problem in one trip.
They did an air conditioning/heater checkup. They performed the task efficiently and thoroughly.
They fixed our heat pump. The switch that changed it from putting out heat in the winter to putting out cool air in the summer did not work. The experience was fine; they fixed what was broken and showed me where it was located and what I could expect in the future. And it has worked for a couple years now.
I have them check out my furnace and air conditioning system in the spring and fall. I have a service contract with them. They are the company that installed both units. So far, it has been positive.
They came to examine the existing HVAC unit and to make a recommendation as to whether I needed a more powerful unit. They provided three options for how I could proceed if I chose to purchase a new HVAC unit. They were helpful and friendly and low pressure with their sales pitch.
My A/C unit was making a rattling sound. The technician first thought the motor failed but found it wasn't the case after putting in a new motor. In the end, he figured out it was the fan wheel that slipped out of its slots which created the noise. Once the old fan wheel was replaced, the sound went away. The technician was honest about the fact that the new motor didn't fix the problem and put the old motor back in, which saved me money.
