They were out for my spring checkup. The technician was very nice—he always is. So far, they've stood up to their contract. They go over everything to make sure it's working. I've been with Bay Breeze a long time, and they've done an excellent job in my book. I'd give them an A.
We've used them several times over the course of the ten years we've owned the house. Based on what they did, I feel fairly certain that they never padded it with anything we didn't need to do. We had a heat pump and an air conditioner, and we had several coils burn out in the heat pump. One time, they came out and only charged us for a service call; they said we had just forgotten to change the filters, and they didn't try to charge us for anything else. They get an A+. They did a nice job.
They're usually up front, they tell you what they're going to do before they do it, and they're usually out here when they say they're going to be. We've always been happy with their service. We've been with them for many years. They do maintenance for me, and they've done installation and emergency work, too. When our air conditioning went completely out, they came right out. I would give them an A+.
I have another appointment scheduled with them in a couple of weeks. They're very prompt and thorough, and they didn't try to upsell me. They were pretty honest with me about my system, so I appreciated that. Years ago, I used them for some problems we were having with the unit, and since then, it's been primarily maintenance work. I've been using Bay Breeze for about eight years. I would give them an A+; I didn't have any problems with their work at all.
We've been with Bay Breeze since Mike first opened the company, and we've always been very pleased with them. They are very efficient, and they are always on time. If you have an emergency, they are there. They are very clean—they put shoe covers on when they come in. They are very friendly and very efficient, so we have been pleased through the years. They've put in a new condenser for the air conditioning, they've had to replace a pump, and they've done an inspection. They just take care of things. They're very professional and very good. They are punctual; they are here when they say they will come. When they are here, they work speedily and cleanly, they answer questions, and then they are off. I think that is all you can expect as a customer. They come here for the annual maintenance. The compressor's outside, and they have to go around the corner of the house in order to inspect it. They also change the filter if it's necessary. We try to maintain the equipment as well as we can, but it's nice to have a professional come in and see that you're doing the right thing. They get an A from me.
I've used Bay Breeze for over ten years now, and I've had no issues whatsoever. I would give them an A. I had them install an entire heating and air conditioning system, and I've started doing the semiannual maintenance with them.
