I've used One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, and they've been good. They come when they say will and do maintenance. It's been satisfactory. I've used them for years. They're excellent with no complaints. They get an A.
They checked out a condenser problem on the A/C unit. They had excellent customer service, they were on time, and they showed up when they guaranteed they would—all good points. I'd give them an A.
We got an air conditioner from them, and they were fine. I had to call them out because of a problem that we had. As far as customer service goes, I love them. For the work, I'd give them an A.
They replaced a component in the A/C unit. It was quick and simple. The guys were professional, and it was good. They're excellent.
One Hour was able to fix the problem that day and in a timely manner. They got the system working again. They added something to make it not stop again if whatever was wrong went out again. I'd give them an A.
They were perfect across the board. I'd give them an A.
I've been using One Hour for probably 17 years. We use the same service guy every time. They do repair work, and then they do the annual checkup. I think we had an A/C issue in our old house, and they came out when they were a different name. I'd give them an A+.
They did a thorough job, and I liked the representative that was there at the house. They did maintenance, and then they did a whole new air conditioning unit. Their customer service was good probably because of their representatives. I'd give One Hour an A+.
We used them for, like, 18 years. I used them when they were a different name. I liked their promptness and the friendliness of the technician. They were always there when they said they'd be. With our air conditioners, they always came promptly—in the middle of the summer in Houston when it's 100 degrees, you need your air conditioner. They were always really good to get out there the day it broke or the next day. They do the service for me. The people we bought our house from had used One Hour and gave us their number, and we just continued to use them. They're A+.
They installed a new A/C and heating system on our third floor. They did a great job—they were clean, and efficient, and they worked well. The inspector came out and said it was exemplary. We've been using them for years at our other house. I'd say they're an A+.
