AirPro has done a lot of work for me. One of the things I was very impressed by is that they screwed something up, and a couple of months later, they came back and fixed it all. They took care of everything, including the damage, without any kind of hassle or anything like that. They took ownership of their mistake, and it wasn't a very obvious mistake, but it was their fault. Besides that mistake, they do pretty good work. I looked at six or seven different companies and ended up going with them because John—the guy that I first dealt with—was fantastic, and he went out of his way to make sure that he helped me in the best way possible. Let's give them an A-.
They did a good job. I had a little problem, but they came and they fixed it. They took care of everything, and I was happy. They put in a residential A/C unit for me. They're an A.
They were efficient, worked fast, and seemed honest. We found them in the Best Pick Reports. They actually repaired an A/C unit that another company told me would have to be replaced. I'd give them an A+.
They were responsive and provided us what they said they were going to provide. We had a new A/C unit installed. I think we'd used them before, and we chose them because of that previous experience. They're an A+.
They were fine—very polite and very respectful. They made sure their shoes were covered. It was no problem whatsoever. They were very professional. I didn't have any power to my heater or air conditioner upstairs, and I had them check it upstairs. I'd give them an A+.
Everything's just fine. They were professional.
I've had a lot of A/C people. They did good. They modified some of our HVAC to get something to work, and they were pretty quick to take care of it. The technician was thorough. Let's give them an A.
They were great. They were very friendly, did the job very efficiently, and cleaned up, so everything has been going great. They should remain good.
AirPro did the job. They serviced the unit—they checked it out, and they did what they were supposed to do. I'd dealt with some of the people before. I'd give them an A. They did the work, and I have no complaints.
He was nice, clean, decent, and positive. He did everything we wanted, and—I hope—what we needed. He replaced the pilot light in my furnace. It's A work.
