AirPro has done a lot of work for me. One of the things I was very impressed by is that they screwed something up, and a couple of months later, they came back and fixed it all. They took care of everything, including the damage, without any kind of hassle or anything like that. They took ownership of their mistake, and it wasn't a very obvious mistake, but it was their fault. Besides that mistake, they do pretty good work. I looked at six or seven different companies and ended up going with them because John—the guy that I first dealt with—was fantastic, and he went out of his way to make sure that he helped me in the best way possible. Let's give them an A-.
They did a good job. I had a little problem, but they came and they fixed it. They took care of everything, and I was happy. They put in a residential A/C unit for me. They're an A.
