“They showed up when they said they would, did a good job, and I was well pleased with it. I had to have some work done on my air conditioning unit, on the coil. I went online to look around and I saw that they were highly recommended and had good reviews, so I decided that's who I was going to call. Another company installed the units and I wasn't too impressed with them, so I decided that I had to go with someone else. AirPro was the company I selected, and I'm well pleased with them. I would grade them as an A+”
“He came in, did what he had to do, didn't try to charge me anything extra, and he did his job. I'd rate them as an A+; he did an excellent job. It works. He cleaned up and did everything he was supposed to do. I can't say anything negative. I would actually recommend them, as long as the A/C keeps working.”
“They took the time to explain how to maintain my unit, and they're very courteous. They answer all of my questions and come on time. They do mostly scheduled maintenance; they are very thorough and they have a list of all the things they're required to do. I think they do an 18 to 20 point inspection on the air conditioner and heater, which pretty much covers it. The reason why I first called them over the summer, the air conditioner was starting to make a high pitch noise. In terms of my heater, it's under the same maintenance program; they were very thorough and pointed out some things to maintain the unit. They have some type of program, and if you maintain with them you get some credit for the future, and if things go wrong you can have it replaced. I've been very satisfied with them. I would rate them as an A, because they were able to resolve the issue that we were having with our air conditioner. This upcoming Summer I will use them, and if that issue would happen again I would ask them to solve it.”
