They had to work on the unit. I would describe their customer service as excellent, and I definitely would recommend them. They're A+.
They've done two things for me. They replaced the gas log setup in our fireplace, and they do air conditioning maintenance for me. Their customer service is excellent, and their workers are friendly, clean, and prompt. I think they get an A+.
I've used Texas Air Doctors several times. They put in new air conditioners, and then they have been back to service them. It was a couple of years ago when I first started using them. Somebody recommended them, I think. I'd grade them very highly with an A+.
The first thing they did was repair the gas logs in my fireplace when they quit working, and then during that service, I'd been having problems with my air conditioner, so I discussed it with Jeff. He eventually came back, took a look at my air conditioner, and gave me my options on it. It was a 16-year-old unit, so I eventually purchased an entire system from them. Their customer service is unbeatable. They would get an A+ from me. They installed the system, and when I needed them to come back out and make a couple of adjustments to it, they did it with no problems at all. Everything is perfect. I had a very good experience with them.
Everything was fine with them. They service my air conditioner. I just moved in and signed up for a year contract with them, and they came out and serviced it for the summer. Their customer service was fine. They were right on time when they said they were going to be there. It was excellent.
They were punctual. The guy that services the unit is very nice, and he went very quickly. Everything went fine. I would say that they're A+.
Texas Air Doctors did do work for me. I don't recall anything negative or any reason I would have called them back, so I think they did just fine.
They're very professional, very tidy, and very knowledgeable about what they do. It was maintenance work. I'd give them an A.
They did some stuff to our coil just to make it work for a while until we could get it replaced. They were fine. They told me what was wrong, and they were right in their diagnosis. They gave me options. I chose the one that I wanted, and they did it, so I'd say it was fine. For what they did, I would say that they probably get an A.
They didn't have a four-hour window like most people, they were on time, and the guy was polite. They did an annual check. Texas Air Doctors gets an A grade from me.
