I bought a house, and I wanted the HVAC system checked. I'm very, very happy with their service. Both men who came out to the house were gentlemen. They're really experienced technicians and really nice people. They were awesome. I have already recommended them to friends. I'd give them an A+.
E. Smith Heating & Air did a general inspection of the air conditioning unit. The tech was quick and clean, and he seemed to know what he was doing. He cleaned up, and he explained their twice-a-year service to me. I'd rate them as an A+.
The guy was great and pleasant to deal with. They'll come back to check the furnace out this winter. They get an A.
They replaced our air conditioner, and they do our routine maintenance. They did a good job, and they came when they said they would. I'd give them an A.
