We bought three new air conditioners and three new furnaces from E. Smith Heating & Air, and I would highly recommend them. I'd give them an A+.
I currently use E. Smith Heating & Air for the air conditioner. They're pretty good. They do a good job. They give me different options and things like that, and they're generally a good service. I'd give them an A. They're excellent.
I used E. Smith for heating and air. I believe they were in Best Pick Reports. They communicate well—they do what they say they're going to do, and they tell you the price you're going to pay up front. I mainly like that they just communicate well. They let you know when they are coming, and they show up when they say they are going to show up. I would grade them as an A+.
I've had the same heating and air company since this house was built, and I've never had a problem with them. That's E. Smith Heating & Air—I've not had any issues with them at all, and I've used them for 30 years. I think I know everyone on a first-name basis over there. I have a maintenance contract with them, so they come in every year to fix things and do whatever they're supposed to do. The last thing they did would've been the heat—changing all the filters and making sure the system worked right before the winter started. They're dependable, they come when they say they're going to, and I can call somebody and get a response. I actually talk to a real person—you don't have to go through a hundred numbers to get somebody; somebody actually picks up the phone. I like that. I'd give them an A. They've done a lot of things that they really didn't have to do for me, and I think it's because I'm a long-time customer.
E. Smith does our big unit, and we just had a mini split put in. They came in and told us what they needed to do. They gave us the estimate, and they were very, very quick. Since we're in and out frequently, we made sure that they were assigned when we were there to get everything up to snuff. I'd give them an A.
We hired E. Smith to replace one of the units. I would give them an A. They replaced my unit in 2013, and last year, they gave me free service for a checkup for any issues. I haven't had them do any repairs.
I used E. Smith Heating & Air. They changed the filters and all that sort of thing—it was all basic work. I would give them an A. They notify me every year when they're going to come out, and they come out on time and do good work.
We use E. Smith, and we have for quite a few years. We really like them. There's really no reason to go anywhere else. If there's a problem, they fix it properly. There was only one time they had a tough problem, and it took them a few times to diagnose it. It was an obscure problem, but they kept at it until they finally got it right. They also do inspections and repairs. We have them come out twice a year. I'd give them an A.
E. Smith is great. They're prompt, efficient, and responsive. They do everything they say they're going to, and it's always on time. I'm very happy with them. They came to look at the heating unit in the winter, and they replaced something. I'd give them an A+.
E. Smith is really good at what they do, and they're very good at customer service. They're always on time and very dedicated. We have a service plan, so they come out every six months. I would give them an A rating.
